At Optima Plate, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to complete your return.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@optimaplate.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
